The HUD-1 settlement sheet is issued at settlement. It encompasses 100% of all of your costs, lender fees, lender profit, down payment, escrows, taxes, insurance, etc. HUD stands for the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development. The Good Faith Estimate that you receive from your lender at time of application will also show these costs.
